Who is Experience Travel?

Experience Travel is a small, London based company offering tailor-made holidays to South East Asia and Sri Lanka. Its tours and adventures are aimed at travellers looking for great quality in accommodation, food and experience. The company also caters for families and couples on honeymoon.

Founders Sam Clark, Tom Armstrong and Melissa Nicholas launched the company in Sri Lanka in 2004, then known as “Experience Sri Lanka“. Their success led to the introduction of the same service for Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and The Maldives under the ‘Experience Travel’ umbrella.

Experience Travel’s Philosophy

Not only are we all travel professionals, but we have flown the airlines, inspected and stayed in the hotels, experienced the activities and most importantly, lived and breathed the atmosphere of these destinations. Experience Travel has a modest staff team, some of whom are to be found living or travelling around Asia. This allows for a brilliant up-to-date travel advisory service and great fuel for this blog.
