Hi,
The tooth relic is paraded every evening from the 23rd July to the 1st August. The day Perahera is on the 2nd August. The biggest procession is the night of the 1st August.

I am interested in 2, possibly 3 seats at Queeens htl Kandy for final nt of Esala Perahera on 01Aug and possibly day parade on 02 Aug 2012.
How much would it cost to actually get a room at the Queens Htl for these 2 events??? Or stay nearby , preferably somewhere with some colonial style. Comfort & luxury not required. We are interested in the parade and cultural/historical aspects.
Info on pkg for seating/accom for this event would be great.
I have attended this parade previously, tho it was not recent.
